The twists and stretches are very good for those working office jobs, sitting in the same position for hours and hours.... For those with back pain it an be relieving and for menstrual cramps or stomach cramps it will be calmin.
Move within your own possibility, don't push, allow yourself to grow into the poses! Some days we feel more flexible than others, don't judge :)

If a pose doesn't feel right (pain!) come out of it, take a deep breath and see how the next one goes.
